Donation FAQ

Questions donors ask.

Yes, for Australian taxpayers. Fairaction International is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) by the Australian Taxation Office. All donations of A$2 or more are tax-deductible. You'll receive a tax receipt by email immediately after your donation.

Payment is processed by Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms globally (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). All card details are held by Stripe under bank-level encryption, and all transactions are encrypted end-to-end.

Capital build costs of community water solutions: site assessment, infrastructure, treatment where needed, kiosk attendant training, and digital monitoring infrastructure. Each full project costs A$23,000–A$33,000, can serve up to 1,000 people, and is publicly tracked on its own community page from day one. Once built, the community runs the service.

Anytime. Email support@fairaction.ngo with your request and we'll action it within one business day. There are no minimum commitment periods on monthly giving.

Yes. The form supports AUD, USD, and GBP. Tax-deductibility applies to Australian taxpayers; for tax treatment in your country, please consult your local tax advisor.
